It's a party in Florida

On Wednesday, Kieley's birthday, we decided to go to Busch Gardens to celebrate her birthday and have some family fun and that's exactly what we did, have tons of fun!

Princess Kieley is 4!!

I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around Kieley turning 4! It really feels like yesterday we were at the hospital waiting for her to arrive and now she is my 'little' best friend, who I couldn't imagine my life without cause she makes me smile everytime I look at her, sleeping or awake. :)

Kieley you have surpassed every dream or hope your daddy and I ever had for you.. you are more special, beautiful, kind, talented than we could have ever imagined! You are an amazing older sister, Blake adores you and wants to be just like you. I love that you look out for him and always let me know if he is getting into trouble or he needs a diaper change. I hope you two continue to grow up to be best of friends! You amaze me everyday with the things you say, question, and do. You are such an amazing artist, you draw pictures that are extraordinary and you have been since you were two! You are always wanting to learn something new, you love fashion, books, swimming, singing, dancing, playing in the snow, playing with friends and your brother, traveling, your dogs. You are a very loving little girl you love to give Daddy, Blake and I hugs and kisses. You are always concerned if I don't seem happy and try to cheer me up, which works everytime. ;)
Daddy and I love you VERY VERY much! You will always be our beautiful little princess! We are so excited to continue watching you grow and learn and we can't wait to see what the next 4 years bring.. Love you lots! Happy Birthday!

Dolphin Tour

Next on the agenda was the dolphin tour and this cute little boy was excited and ready to go! :)

It was super cute they had a activity time with the kids on the boat that taught them about the sea animals.. Kieley got to hold Mr. Turtle she was excited! At the end they got to choose a tattoo and Blake had his peeled off by the end of the 2 hr tour, silly boy! ;)

Dolphins!
The captain of the boat was so nice, he let Kieley drive the boat for a minute, she was so excited!
Funny story, a TON of seagulls came cause they wanted some bread which apparently is a regular thing with this tour boat.. so of course my first thought was 'someone' hopefully NOT me might get a surprise from these birds and the ONE person that received that surprise was my poor mother-in-law! Luckily we had wipes and sanitizer handy, sorry grandma! :(
A few family picture attempts, why is it we can never get everyone looking at the camera? It's ok because I love these faces, lots! :)

After our fun Dolphin tour we went out for dinner at some yummy, Greek restaurant. I tried fried goat cheese for the first time, not bad kinda salty. Blake had cantaloupe and he LOVED it! I love his handsome little face!
Kieley loved her Greek 'spaghetti'. I love that I caught a picture of her sneaky face.. I'm not sure what she was doing but this face usually means, "oh no you caught me"..hehe! I love her!

First Day

Grandma playing games with Kieley and Carter.

While Grandpa and the siblings went deep sea fishing grandma, Stacy, the kids and I stayed at the house and had some fun. Stacy and I thought it was necessary the kids get a nap before the boys and Missy :) came back from fishing.

Daddy and Kieley playing on the beach.. can you believe this beach! It was amazing! The sand was white and so so soft! It was a private beach that belong to the neighborhood where we were renting our house, so it was basically to ourselves that afternoon, so awesome!
The kids LOVED the beach, especially our little man!

Aunt Missy and our little naked man! :)
We had to strip him down pretty quickly cause he loved the water from the moment he layed eyes on it, which was the opposite from his sister at this age. When we took Kieley to the beach for the first time when she was 21 months she wanted nothing to do with it, so this was a huge surprise for Aaron and I. :)
The beach = naked, happy children! :)

Family Fun = Florida

December is a busy month but to top it off we included a S family trip to Florida the week before Christmas. Some may say that is crazy, and it was, but we had fun lots of fun in the sun and made tons of memories so it was worth every minute! We started our trip with a six A.M. flight! Aaron and I thought it was going to be a nightmare but our kids always prove us wrong... look at these happy faces during our layover in Minneapolis. Kieley and Blake slept on both flights, it was great!

Santa Visit

My niece Sydni's 3rd birthday party was the day after Kieleys, it was a birthday weekend! She also had a surprise visitor, Santa Clause! Kieley was very excited to sit on his lap and tell him what she wanted... I was surprised when Blake walked up to him and wanted to sit on his lap also, but I think it was more that he saw his sister do it so he wanted to do it too.. I was happy cause I got some cute pictures.. Happy Birthday Sydni, thanks for a fun party! :)

A Princess Party

Her birthday invitations.. a big thank you to my friend Laurie, she is amazing!

We celebrated Kieley's 4th birthday a little early this year since we will be in Florida for her actual birthday. We started planning her party in OCTOBER. It was so fun to talk about ideas and look at pictures on the Internet and she would tell me exactly how she wanted her party, yes I know what you are thinking and she really is ONLY 4! I love that she is a girl that knows what she wants even at a young age. So the theme she wanted was an Ariel party, Ariel is her favorite princess! We have video of her singing Ariel songs at 21 months, so cute! When Aaron and I were talking about her party Aaron thought it would be fun to have Ariel actually come to the party so I looked into it and it was a bit pricey but Aaron insisted anything for his little princess, and I'm so glad he did because the look on Kieley's face when she arrived was priceless. I don't know how we are going to top her 4th birthday party but it was so much fun and a total success with the birthday girl! We love you lots Ki!

Ariel arrived! YAY!
Ariel was ADORABLE with the girls, she started with a singing guessing game, then read a story with them... the girls LOVED it!
I had to take a picture of the place settings and the cake... I would like to take credit but honestly Kieley told me exactly what she wanted. :) Love that little girl!
We had her cake made and it was amazing! This picture doesn't do it justice...Ariels tail sparkled it was awesome!
Then it was craft time and they all made princess crowns, so cute!
Group picture time :)
Then it was time for Ariel to leave, Kieley gave her a big hug! Ariel gave her a seashell so she could always remember her and listen to ocean.. Kieley was so excited!

Time for presents... Having 6 little girls waiting to help open present was hilarious!

She was definitely spoiled! Thank you to all our friends and family :)
Cake Time! Notice I put a candle right under Ariels hand.. needless to say Ariels hand melted during the process, oops! ;)

Blake had such a fun time at the party he was literally wrestling my brother, Ryan, and fell asleep mid body slam..hehe! I seriously couldn't believe it, this picture still makes me laugh. We have two sweet kids and life couldn't be better. Happy Birthday Princess!
