Cinderella

Grandma used her connections and scored front row tickets to the sold out play Cinderella closing weekend. I'm so glad she did cause it was amazing to watch the magic in Kieley eyes. My princess loved every minute! To be honest I was a little worried that it might be too much to ask her to sit still and be entertained for a couple hours but she really enjoyed, it probably helped that she has watched Cinderella a million times and that she is Kieley's 2nd favorite princess next to Ariel. :) We had best time, thank you Grandma for a fun night! :)

A Day of Fun!

Kieley of course picked the pretty horse with pink roses (Kieley's favorite color is pink).. Grandma had a feeling she was going to go straight to that horse and she did. :)

I had to take my car to get it's battery replaced and the nearest Lexus dealership was in SLC so I decided to make a day out of it with Grandma and take the kids for some fun! We started at the SouthTowne mall food court and had a great lunch, followed by the merry go round. :)
I love my little princess smile in this picture... you can tell she loved it!
The next stop was the aquarium, Kieley LoVeD it! She has so many questions I couldn't keep up.. she stumped grandma and I a couple times.. why is my 3 yr old so smart!?!
My beautiful little munchkins with Grandma!
I love that I caught Kieleys reflection in this picture... precious!
She was so excited to pet the sting ray...
Hiding from Mom...silly girl!
This picture cracks me up...Blake is almost her size. :) I love these two little people so much, I'm so lucky to be their mom. Thank you for a fun day Kieley, Blake and Grandma! :)

Princess Park

My mother in law told me about a fun new park to go to with the kids... so I invited Timi to come with Ellie and Bode and we had a blast! I love this picture of the girls... it was called the Princess Park so it was only fitting that we had two little princess's to play at it but silly me I didn't take a picture of their castle. :( Next time for sure... if I remember. :)

Happy 24th Weekend

Kieley and Ellie at the baseball game... they are such cute friends, I love it!

We had a fun extended weekend! We start the weekend at the pool, forgot my camera, followed by a fun Raptors baseball game with my cousin, Jared and wife Timberly and their darling kids. And finished the weekend at my brother Ryans house enjoying a BBQ and fireworks! Wow, I'm exhausted just writing about it. :) The only thing missing was Aaron. :( We love you and miss you babe!
Jared and I taking pictures of each other.. :)
My older brothers backyard is a golf course so of course golf cart rides are the best treat for the kids. :) My dad was their taxi driver.. and he enjoyed every minute!
Blake was very excited for his first golf cart ride. :)
And their off, enjoy your ride!
A BBQ isn't complete without smores, yummy!!

Summer Carnival

Kieley got to go to Grandma S ward primary party and loved every minute! I learned that my little girl is not only smart but apparently very cordinated, she did awesome at all the game stations but the most important part was how much fun she had.. thank you Grandma, and aunt Missy!
Blake and Kieley observing the games..
First game.. she made 4/5 in the hoop toss
The next was the marble dig...
You can't tell in the picture but she apparently has my talent with picking up lots of the things with her toes.. she had like 3 marbles. :)
There were a ton of games but this was at the end when she got to pick her prize... she loved it and I loved watching her enjoy every minute. :)

Happy Birthday

My younger brother, Darin, turned 27 and this year and he wanted to celebrate his birthday with an In-and-Out dinner... we were all exciting for that decision, yummy! Happy Birthday D!
Side note: If Bri looks distracted its because she was about to go run a midnight half marathon.. No burgers for her. ;)

Summer Fun

One of our fun summer activities has been going to the Roy Aquatic Center. Kieley and Blake absolutely LOVE the water this year, it has been so much fun!
After we went to the pool we stopped by the grocery store and Kieley asked to push the cart, which I thought was cute but Blake looked a little concerned though..hehe :)
Side story: In one of the aisles I ran into the cutest little grandma that stopped me to tell me how cute my kids were and I just couldn't help but talk to her for minute cause I could tell she was just so happy and positive. A few minutes later I learned she has just went in for her second appt after her recent chemo treatments and she is cancer free after being told she only had a couple months to live and here she was almost a year later, healthy, happy and loving life! She said something to me that I will never forget.."Don't ever listen to the negative that life throws at you, you decide your path and you follow it and enjoy the ride".. I love that.. and I love that I ran into a special spirit in the grocery store that day. :)

4th of July Weekend = lots of Fun!

We had the best holiday weekend! It was filled with family and lots of fun! It started with a concert in the park with Grandma and Aunt Missy. The kids were just as entertaining or more during the performance. :) Silly kids!
Then Aaron and I took Kieley to Lagoon for some fun while Blakee stayed with Aunt Melissa having his own fun! It was so special for Aaron and I to spend some one on one time with our little princess.
We ended a great day at our favorite restaurant.. we hope you had a great day with us Kieley. Daddy and I love you lots!
It was a very hot day on the fourth but we had lots of fun with all our family activities. Our attempt at a family pic.. we tried :)
The fam waiting for the parade to start... it was sooo hot!
I thought it was cute Grandpa and his grandson were wearing matching red polo's for the fourth. :)
What's fourth of July without sparklers!?
Blakee wasn't sure what to think about the fireworks or sparklers... that's his unsure face :)
We had a perfect view of the Valley and the firework show from Aaron's parents driveway... which was perfect, no crowds or lines. I thought the moon was pretty so I had to take a picture while we waiting for the show to start.

Happy 4th of July everyone!
