Precious moments....

I LOVE precious moments like this..

I have been anticipating the premiere of Lipstick Jungle all month and it was on last night.  In the middle of the episode Kieley woke up and I was kinda bummed but surprised when Aaron said, "don't worry I got it, enjoy your show".  Two minutes later I heard him singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star to her. (Note:  Kieley LoVeS it when Aaron sings to her.. when we're in the car and she is tired and starts to cry if Aaron sings to her she calms down immediately, it's really sweet.  However, if I sing not the same affect..hehe!)  He sang a couple other songs he makes up with her name and before I realized it I couldn't hear either of them.  When I walked in the room to see what was going on this is what I found.  My heart melted to pieces.. so precious!  I'm so grateful Aaron is such an amazing Dad to our little girl. :)  

Zoo Day!

Kieley and I went to the Zoo with our friends Sara and Zoe.  It was so cute to see these two little friends interact with each other.  It started out in the car, Kieley started singing to Zoe.  Then at the Zoo, Zoe would push the wagon with Kieley in it.  It was the cutest thing.  We had such a fun morning with you two.  Thanks Sara and Zoe! :)

I wasn't sure how Kieley would like riding in the wagon so I brought the stroller just in case but Kieley LOVED it!  She didn't want to ride in the stroller after she discovered the wagon.  I thought Kieley and Zoe looked so cute together in the wagon, I loved it!

Family Pictures

Aaron, Kieley and I had our first family pictures taken a couple weeks ago.  My friend, Jenni, who is an amazing photographer posted a preview on her blog click here.  There is another picture below the family titled, "three kids under three", that I absolutely love!  A special thank you to my friend Laurie who was super amazing with getting Kieley's attention for the pictures, thank you! :)  And Jenni what can I say, you're awesome!  I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures. I had such a fun day with our little princess today.  Aaron was feeling sick so Kieley and I had one of those days were you don't do much but you have lots of fun!  Kieley is truly a dream come true for me.  I have always dreamt of what it would be like to have a daughter and she is everything and more of what I imagined her to be.  She is amazing!  She had me laughing all day.  Aaron put together her stroller/walker I bought her and she loves it!  She wouldn't stop walking and talking all morning, it was pure entertainment. :)  Then this afternoon/evening we went on a walk and she was talking away, it was almost like she was telling me all about her day.  It was the best!  Aaron and I feel so blessed to have such a beautiful little princess in our family.  We love you Kieley!

Highlights from the week!

Aaron's #1 fan watching him :)

Against my better judgement I decided to introduce the golfing range to Kieley this week.  Aaron wanted to go hit some golf balls and I thought it would be a fun to tag along with Kieley.  I couldn't believe it, Kieley LOVED it!  She was so fascinated watching everyone hit the golf balls.  I love her facial expressions in these pictures.  And if that wasn't enough Aaron took Kieley to Golf Galaxy later on in the week while I was at the office.  He took her into the golf simulator room, where they hit golf balls into the screen, and apparently she thought it was hilarious.  Kieley would start laughing every time Aaron hit the ball into the screen.  There was another couple in the room with him and they thought it was great that such a young baby enjoyed golf!!  My worst fear!!  I better have a boy next because he can't have my shopping partner. :)

This isn't the best angle to show how far they have come up but I know many of you have been wanting to see these little teeth.  :)

My friend, Laurie, had her 3rd baby boy this week, yay!  RaQuelle and I went to the hospital to meet this adorable little guy, Emmett J.. so precious!  Congratulations Laurie! :)  Thanks for letting us come visit!

This little princess keeps me on my toes.  It's amazing how fast she is growing!  I sat her on the floor to see how long she would last before she pulled herself up and was on the go.. it was around three minutes!  :)  I LOVE this little girl!!

A Walk in the Park

Kieley liked sitting in the swing but wasn't sure about the feeling she got when the swing moved.

Aaron decided to swing with her to see if it helped and this picture was after a few swings.. She was over it!

Aaron and I took a walk in the park and decided to take Kieley to the play area and see what she thought.. I think it might take a few more years for her to enjoy. :)

New Sleeping Toy

I absolutely LOVE her little rolls on her legs!! :)

I bought Kieley this new toy in hopes it would entertain her enough so I could get some things done around the house.  However, it has done the opposite of what I thought it would, it puts her to sleep..hehe!  I realize it's a little late in the game to have bought it and I should have gotten it a little earlier for her but I didn't realize that she would crawl for a week and decide it was time to walk at 8 months!!!  On the positive side she does look super cute in it asleep. :)

Labor Day

We had a fun Labor Day weekend.  I forgot my camera for most our adventures but my friend, Laurie, remembered hers at the BBQ and took these adorable pictures of Kieley so I had to post them. :)  Thank you Laurie!  

I put Kieley in her stroller in hopes that if I reclined the seat all the way I could treat it take a pack n' play and she wouldn't want to walk and it worked! (It's not that I don't want her to walk, but my back needs a break here and there. :)
